PowerPoint (PPTX) to PDF Converter
Share a deck as a PDF that opens on any phone or laptop, with no PowerPoint needed. Drop in a .pptx, check the slide previews, and download a PDF with one page per slide.
Why send slides as a PDF?
- Opens everywhere: phones, tablets and laptops all have a PDF viewer built in.
- Nothing shifts: no missing fonts or reflowed text boxes on the other person's computer.
- Smaller and safer to share: no editable source, and easy to compress for email or portals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my slides look exactly the same?
Text, shapes, pictures, tables and backgrounds come through, and you can check every slide in the preview before downloading. Two things can differ: fonts you don't have installed are swapped for similar ones, and some advanced effects (3D, complex gradients, SmartArt) are simplified. For a pixel-perfect copy of a heavily designed deck, use PowerPoint's own File → Export → PDF.
Can I convert old .ppt files?
No, only .pptx (PowerPoint 2007 and later). Open the .ppt in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress and save it as .pptx first.
Is the text in the PDF selectable?
No. Each slide is captured as a high-resolution image, which keeps the look consistent in every PDF reader but means the text can't be selected or searched. Choose 'High' quality if you'll print it.
Are animations, videos or speaker notes included?
A PDF can't play animations or video, so each slide appears in its final state. Speaker notes are not included.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. The .pptx is unpacked and drawn in your browser, so it never leaves your device.
